What is included in the exhibitor package?
The exhibitor package includes two entrances and a tabletop
What is the size of my tabletop?
All tabletops come with the same measurements: 1.6m x 0.8m x 0.75m.
Do I have a power outlet or do I have to bring my own?
All Tabletops come with a table cloth and will have power provided (220V/16A).
When can I set-up my booth?
You will be able to set up your Tabletop in the Exhibition Hall on Tuesday, September 21, 2020 from 07:30 to 09:00. The exhibition area can be entered by the tabletop exhibitors only with a valid badge, which you will receive at the Registration Desk.
Where can I ship my material to?
Our colleagues at the Kursaal Berne are pleased to store your equipment/booth material. Please provide your equipment no sooner than two days prior to the start of the conference to below address:

I bring the material by myself. Is there a drop-off area?
For exhibitors who would like to bring their equipment by car, we would kindly ask you to use the drop off point marked in this attachment. Drop off time is on September 21, 2020 from 07:30 to 09:00. A colleague of the Kursaal Berne will be onsite to guide you to the freight elevator & the exhibition area.
Kindly be informed that parking spots in front of the Kursaal Berne are limited, therefore we would recommend using the facility’s garage. Please see the the delivery plan on the next page.
